So because the Lady Gaga concert that EC and I were so excited to go to was cancelled, we decided it would be a good idea to have Retail Therapy day and spend all our money at Sally Beauty Supply and Ulta. EC wants to add: Sally Beauty Supply has some good polishes on sale!! We went there because I saw on Getcha Nails Did that the Fingerpaints Holiday collection was on sale for $1.99 each. The Sally we went to didn't have those polishes, but I got Orly Enchanted Forest for $1.99 and EK got China Glaze EMERALD SPARKLE and Medallion (see swatches here) for $1.99.
