Essie Mini Shorts, three coats, no flashEssie Mini Shorts is from the Essie 2008 Summer Collection and has been a staple in my summer polish wardrobe since it's release. I picked this for the polish of the week because I am desperately trying to hang on to summer, even as it's flying away from me. I love fall and winter, but I just hate to see the end of summer. I love going to the beach, kayaking, and other things that just become impossible when the temperature drops.
These pictures are a little blurry, but it's so hard to capture the brightness of neons that I had to compromise the picture quality. I think I captured it well in the first picture though! Being a neon, it dries matte and needs a top coat to be shiny. My mom and I wear this polish on our toes a LOT during the summer. This is truly one of my all time favorite polishes.
