Ugly/Pretty Crackle= LOVE
My life is now complete. I now own ALL of the China Glaze Crackles!!! I originally did not order Fault Line and Broken Hearted because I really wasn't sure if I would wear the Crackles often. Once I realized that I am obsessed with crackle polish, I tried to order those two, but they were sold out at the usual e-tailers, and my Sally Beauty really stinks/has polish from Christmas displayed like it's new. But then, low and behold, I received some unexpected Nail Mail from China Glaze yesterday!!! (I love when you're not expecting a package, it's so exciting LOL). So I present to you today China Glaze Broken Hearted, a saucy-looking hot pink crackle.
Now, hot pink crackle could be very girly and cute if you put it over white or maybe a lighter pink. I obviously went the opposite direction here. I was going for the Toxic Swamp look, I think I nailed it. This is one coat of Broken Hearted over two coats of China Glaze Emerald Fitzgerald. I think it's that really cool looking Ugly that is kind of pretty LOL.
I actually applied this the normal way this time, just to see how it came out. I really love it this way too!! I feel like Crackle polish just can't go wrong for me right now. I have been wearing it non-stop (except for the 6 days that I wore Incoco) and am not getting tired of it at all! I am so happy to have Fault Line and Broken Hearted to complete my collection. I will definitely be showing you Fault Line in a few days, I think I'll go for a "Pretty" look this time!
Above is a rare view of my right hand! I thought Broken Hearted crackled really nicely on the right hand, so I wanted to show you. I can't even hold the bottle properly with this hand, weird!!!
Some of the Crackles are still available on Amazon.com, in case your local Sally Beauty store is as bad as mine!
China Glaze Broken Hearted was sent to me by a PR representative for China Glaze. For more information, please read my Disclosure Policy.
Hello, how are you?
ReplyDeleteI'm Alessandra from Brazil.
I love reading the news of your blog.
I'm in love with a glaze. I love everything related to nails!
As to your blog whenever I hear of news, I'd love to suggest a swap.
Here in Brazil I can not find glazes that I see from your blog. Love, even without knowing the Sinful Colors, China Glaze polishes and OPI.
I wonder of you accept the change?
You send me a collection of China Glaze and a collection of OPI and I send you also two collections, the most coveted lines glazes here in Brazil which is the Risqué and IMPALA.
What do you think?
I am waiting for your contact.
Thanks
Alessandra
