Quick Eye Look with Urban Decay's 15th Anniversary Palette

I have been a huge fan of Urban Decay eye shadows since high school. I own TONS of them, and I buy the palettes like a maniac. I own the Naked Palette (duh) and approximately 6 or 7 other UD palettes. So, it was obvious to me that I needed the 15th Anniversary eye shadow palette. Unlike the other Urban Decay palettes, each shade in the 15th Anniversary palette is exclusive to this collection. Let me just say, the quality of these shadows is amazing. If you like Urban Decay shadows to begin with, these are 10 times as good as normal UD shadows.

Some of these shadows have glitter, but they are really well refined and have much less fallout than other UD shadows. For this look I used Vanilla, a creamy golden white shimmer, as a highlight under the brow and in the inner corners of the eyes. I then blended a bit of Midnight 15, a beautiful pale champagne shimmer, in the inner 1/3rd of the lid and lower lashline. Next, I applied Midnight Rodeo, a really cool brown-pink glitter shade, in the outer 2/3rds of the lid and lower lashline. I added a bit of M.I.A., a deep brown shimmer, in the crease and outer edges of the lid. Finally, I finished the look with Evidence, a deep navy shimmer, used as a liner on the top lashline.

Midnight 15 is a successor to the infamous Midnight Cowboy, a champagne shadow with tons of silver glitter that tends to get all over your face, hands, body, cat, etc. when you use it. I wish Urban Decay would trash Midnight Cowboy and only use Midnight 15 from now on! It's so good! Midnight Rodeo had a bit of fallout upon application, but after I cleaned it up, I didn't experience any fallout while wearing it. I have been wearing shadows from this palette at least 5 days a week since getting it, so rest assured you will see many more looks from this beautiful palette. If you love eye shadow, I think this is a Must Have!!
