I finally got my hands on some of the new Lynnderellas, and I am SO excited to start showing you the pretties!!! Lynnderella's Sweet Something for a Summer Solstice collection really proved to me that she keeps getting better and better at producing drool-worthy polishes. I picked up 8 of the new polishes and also managed to snag a few old collection goodies ANDDDDDDD Billet Doux!! This also proved to me that Lynnderella polishes make me ridiculously happy. You should have seen me opening that box! Today's post is all about the lovely Glass Houses, from the SSSS collection.
Glass Houses is a unique and scrumptious mix of rust-colored glitters in a clear base, with Lynn's usual smattering of other unexpected colors. There are some blue and violet pieces in the mix as well! To be honest, I wasn't expecting to love Glass Houses nearly as much as I do! It's just really gorgeous!!
With these new Lynnderellas that I was so lucky to get my hands on, I am going to try to show you at least two different layering options in every post. This may take awhile, since I end up wanting to wear every Lynnderella combo I every put on, but I think it helps give a better idea of the versatility of the polish. For example, the pictures above all featured two coats of Lynnderella Glass Houses over two coats of Essie Bikini So Teeny. For a totally different look, the pictures below are two coats of Lynnderella Glass Houses over two coats of Zoya Mira!
You can see that Glass Houses looks so different over purple! The purple really emphasizes the blue glitter pieces. I love both of these combinations so much. I wore both as full manis, by the way, and am happy to report that Glass Houses wore like IRON!
The other new collection polishes I got are: Common Sense, Garden of Even, I Don't Mean Rhinestones, When The Moon Was A Star, Deep Blue Seeing, A Neutral Party, and Connect The Dots (finally!). Let me know if you are desperate to see one of these, and I will post it next. Also tell me if you're dying to see one of these layered over a specific color!
Lynnderella polishes are only available online at her eBay store. I hear rumors that small groupings of polish and single polishes will be posted in mid to late August!

Meh... Her polishes are so hard to get, I just don't think they're worth the effort when I can find others that are accessible AND just as pretty (if not prettier.)
Absolutely NO OFFENSE toward you. I really like your blog!
Please forgive my impudence, but how much did you pay for this?
I totally understand what you mean, and I know many people feel that way. Her eBay store has actually made the polishes a bit easier to get. Plus, there will be single polishes listed soon, so if you just have one you want, you can get it.
The polishes are $20 each, but I think they are well worth it!
Actually, I think they are really easy to get now, with sets being listed in the daytime lasting as long as 20 minutes before they are all sold. Customer service has also been great. And, while I agree that there are indeed many beautiful indie polishes being produced (and I have a number from several different lines, including Candeo, GirlyBits, Pretty&Polished, etc.), I think Lynnderellas are quite unique, with their own little niche, hence the devotees :)
LOVE your combos, especially over the Essie, very fresh <3
Beautiful layering combinations, I love the colors you chose! Please continue to share your others :)
Amazing! Love it over purple
I'm with you Renee! I like the new method of getting Lynns, it's fairly easy and like you said, the customer service is great. And I do agree about Lynnderellas being different from other Indies!
Thanks Jaztee, I will definitely share them! Any particular one you'd like to see first?
Thanks Stef! I wore that combo for a long time, I couldn't bear to part with it!
This is perfect for Autumn!
Definitely Peace, Love and Polish!! It's almost the color of fallen leaves!
Beautiful combinations and can't wait to see more! ^_^
Thanks Jennifer! I appreciate it :)
