If you couldn't tell from the title, I am bitter that it has been warm here and not snowing. But, moving along, China Glaze always puts out one of the best holiday polish collection in my opinion. They usually stay within the traditional range of holiday colors, and they always have great glitters. Last year, I really loved the China Glaze Ulta exclusives (see them here and here), but I know a lot of people missed out on them. Fortunately, the 2012 Holiday Joy collection has some glitters very similar to the 2011 Ulta exclusives! Today I'm showing you China Glaze Glistening Snow, a sugary fine silver glitter with lots of holo sparkle.
Glistening Snow has the exact same texture as the 2011 Ulta exclusive polishes. This teeny tiny glitter is easy to apply, full coverage in 2-3 coats, and not too hard to remove! This is three coats, although I would probably wear two. I took the super blurry picture below to show you how much holo sparkle there really is in the sun or bright indoor light. My camera did not want to capture it in the first two pictures. I am so glad China Glaze made more of these sugary glitters, they are so amazing! I really love them for glitter gradients too.
If you missed out on Fireside Glow and Ultamate Holiday last year, it looks like Angel Wings and Champagne Kisses are similar. I don't intend to get Angel Wings, since I do think it is very close to Ultamate Holiday. Here is a post on The Polish Jinx's blog comparing Angel Wings and Ultamate Holiday. I may still get Champagne Kisses because it looks lighter and less coppery than Fireside Glow.
The China Glaze Holiday Joy collection is available now!

I love this one too! Love the holo shimmer!
ReplyDeleteThe holo shimmer definitely makes it for me! I'm wearing this now and I think I do need Champagne Kisses!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! Looks great on you too - the more I see this polish, the more I want it!
ReplyDeletePretty polishes!
ReplyDeleteIt's a really good one Morgan! It's festive without being red or green, and the glitter removes really easily too!
ReplyDeleteThanks TikiBarbies!
