Two More China Glaze Autumn Nights Polishes!

Today I have the other two polishes I purchased from the China Glaze fall 2013 Autumn Nights collection. Both polishes are shown with a coat of Essie Good to Go on top. You know I had to get the emerald green shimmer, China Glaze Tongue & Chic! I am a sucker for emerald polishes and this one is a nicely blackened version. It's also a little more teal/blue leaning than a true emerald green, making it different from some of the other emerald polishes released this fall.

Tongue & Chic was super easy to apply and nicely opaque. This is two coats. It was nearly opaque in one coat, but I did a second to increase the depth and shimmer. There might be similar colors out there, but if you don't already own them, you can't go wrong with Tongue & Chic.

My last (as of now) pick from this collection is China Glaze Red-y & Willing. I rarely wear reds, but for some reason I just really wanted this. It's SO glowy, it just called my name. In my defense, it is a more unique color than other reds I own. It has a purple-y berry tinge to it that none of my other glowy reds have. I own orange reds, blackened reds, true red reds, but no berry glowy red until now. See? I knew I could justify this.

If you need further justification, Red-y & Willing has the same great pigmentation and formula as the other three polishes I got from this collection. It's an easy two coater with no fuss. I think my final verdict on the Autumn Nights polishes I bought is that they aren't ooh and ahh stunningly innovative polishes, but they are beautiful fall colors with excellent formulas.
