OPI DS Tourmaline is a squishy rosy pink jelly base packed with iridescent glitter pieces. In the rose colored base, the iridescent glitter looks more delicate, but it's the same kind of glitter that is in DS Titanium, just a bit smaller in size. The glitter is that gorgeous, almost mylar-like, iridescent glitter and it reflects every color from red-orange to a rich indigo. I like how OPI used the same type of glitter in two totally different polishes. Titanium is deep and mysterious and Tourmaline is delicate and feminine.
This is three coats of Tourmaline. I found it to be a bit on the sheer side, so the third coat seemed necessary. The formula was good otherwise, nice and easy to apply. These swatches are shown with a layer of shiny top coat. Tourmaline dries to a semi-matte finish by itself.

Such a pretty polish!
Oh it's really pretty too :-) 3 coats is okay - I wouldn't mind that :-)
This is really pretty!
I agree ladies, it is super pretty! It's kinda like you mixed beautiful flakies in a bright pink jelly :)
