*Purchased by me*
Valentine's Day is not a big deal for me at all, I don't look do anything special for it or anything. But I DO always look forward to Lynnderella Valentine's Day polishes! This year's Valentime collection is KILLING IT for me! I purchased the whole collection and have four of the beauties for you today. Lynnderella Love is All Around features several sizes and colors of my favorite circle glitter. The glitters are various shades of pink, lavender, white, and red. There are some shiny glitters and some mattes/satins too. Love is All Around also has fuchsia microglitter in a pink shimmered clear base.
This is one easy coat of Love is All Around over two coats of Sally Hansen Insta Dri Lively Lilac. Love is All Around is really nice to apply and plenty of glitters come out on the brush, so no fishing necessary!
Lynnderella Valentime is looking like my possible favorite of the collection. This mix of red, pink and blue glitters is really special and unique. There are some of my favorite circle glitters, red bar glitter, lots of small periwinkle glitters and large holo flowers too! The periwinkle glitters really push this over the edge in the uniqueness department. The base is clear, with lots of blue shimmer.
This is two dabbed coats of Valentime over two coats of Barielle Heaven Sent. Valentime has a ton of glitters, so dabbing works best here. I am used to the dabbing method for glitters, so I found application to be easy.
Lynnderella Like Love is actually called Love Like on her blog and on lynnderella.com, I just realized! Ahhhhh, does that make this one special??? Cool! Anyway, this is a mix of neon pink, red, light purple, and iridescent mylar-ish glitters in violet-shimmered base. The mylar/iridescent glitters in this are SO pretty in person, but hard to capture in the pictures. They just reflect so much color and light and add a lot of dimension to the polish. I am crazy about this polish and didn't even think I was going to love it so much!
This is two coats of Like Love/Love Like over Barielle Pink Parasol. It was easy to apply and get lots of glitter on the nail. I did spread the glitter around a bit to make the larger pieces evenly placed around the nails.
I recently wore Lynnderella Rose Rouge for a few days and didn't ever want to take it off! Look at me, drooling over a red microglitter (two things I used to not really like). Rose Rouge is a pink-red microglitter with holo microglitter and pinky red larger glitter accents. This is very pink leaning, almost a magenta red. This makes it more unique for me than a straight red microglitter. It's really stunning in person with the holo microglitter!
Rose Rouge is very easy to apply and can be fully opaque on it's own in 2-3 coats. I layered just one coat over 2 coats of OPI Congeniality is My Middle Name. Part of the fun of Lynnderellas for me is layering them with other polishes, so I like to layer microglitters even though they can be worn alone.
I hope to have the rest of the amazing Valentime collection up soon, it is really amazing! I think it is replacing Fall in Love as my favorite Lynnderella collection! Gorgeous polishes. I think I like the first one best :-)
ReplyDeleteI love that one too, that's the first one I wore as a full mani! But I think Valentime is my favorite!
